Norway and America
Well, I guess it's time for another bloggy update. Other than a huge ant crawling out of the middle of the nectarine I had just been eating today, not too much gross-ness to blog about. Thank God!
Safely in Ørnaberget, I AM (just to specify for my friends who think I complain about the weather), enjoying the sun when it's here. We've had quite a few nice days of sunshine, and I don't mean it rains all the time, it's just more than I am used to from America. But when it is sunny, I enjoy it:)
Spending my days painting David's room, and comparing what is positive and negative about both Norway and the US, so that one day I can decide where I would prefer to live. Norway is definitively easier to live in, with regards to public transportation and health care, and all types of issues where the government is involved. I have come up with the brilliant idea that the 50 states of America, should be split in to 50 countries. That way, there would be less for the government to handle at once, and maybe there wouldn't be so much war in the world, and the government could actually start helping the needy people that live there.... Or what?
Pretty angry these days about the Israeli conflict, and am frustrated that the American government only cares about the two Israeli soldiers who have been captured... Oh well.
Other things on my mind, is that I love the praise and worship in the States, and the fire that people have for God. I miss that! And of course, no doubt in anyone's minds, I hope, I am missing Christen. Only about 3 more weeks now! And for those who'll "loose" me here in Norway, well, I'm coming back for Christmas. So don't be too sad that I'm leaving. But in three weeks, I'm going home to see my baby!
